Return Process

Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect food items immediately upon arrival to serve as proof for your claim.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photos within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to verify the defect and approve a replacement or refund.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
